Dept of Homeland Security - Amnesty Memo

A memo recently surfaced, written by the UCIS, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, a division of Homeland Security, that lays out a plan on methods to bypass legislation and the will of the American people to move our policy towards granting amnesty to illegal Immigrants.

“In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform, USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals and groups by issuing new guidance and regulations, exercising discretion with regard to parole-in-place, deferred action and the issuance of Notices to Appear (NTA), and adopting significant process improvements,” the memo reads.

While it has been denied by the UCIS, and Homeland Security chief, Janet Napolitano, stating that they draft policy memos all the time. The memo proves that the Obama administration is working on a plan to grant amnesty to the millions of illegal immigrants that currently reside in the US, in case Congress fails to pass "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" legislation.

President Obama is intent on granting amnesty to illegals and is not afraid to bypass the Constitution or userp the will of the American people to reach his goals.

Quinnipiac University Poll on Illegal Immigration
American voters say 48 - 35 percent they want their state to pass an immigration law similar to Arizona's and by an overwhelming 76 - 12 percent they say that plans by those opposed to the law to boycott Arizona are a bad idea, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today [6-1-2010].

Voters approve 51 - 31 percent of the Arizona law; think 45 - 36 percent it will reduce illegal immigration and want 66 - 26 percent immigration reform to move in the direction of stricter enforcement rather than integrating immigrants into American society, the independent Quinnipiac University survey finds.
