Contest
Rules:
No purchase necessary, Void where prohibited. The SECRET WORD(s)
must be posted on the North Georgia 9-12 Message Boards http://www.northgeorgia912.com/phpbb
in the context of a original discussion post or reply during
the contest period of Sunday, Nov 22, 2009 (once the contest
goes live) and Weds, Dec 9th, 2009
at 1159 hours.
All message board posts that are eligible will automatically
entered in the contest.
Only registered members of the North Georgia 9-12 Message
Boards are eligible to post and submit entries in the contest.
(Registration for the Message Boards is quick, easy and FREE)
The SECRET WORDS must be posted in the context of a discussion,
question, or topic which invites discussion. Determination
of the post containing the word(s) eligibility is at the discretion
of North Georgia 9-12 administration.
Listing of words, links to other posts or sites or queries
such as:"is 'Washington' the secret word?"
are not considered eligible entries.
North Georgia 9-12 will determine if a word, root or portion
of the word, or the spelling of the word, is in fact one of
the "SECRET WORDS".
North
Georgia 9-12 will determine if/when the Contest Winners and
the "SECRET WORDS" will be announced prior to the
end of the contest period. This will be determined once the
contest winner(s) have posted the "SECRET WORDS"
and will be at the discretion of North Georgia 9-12.
Once a specific "SECRET WORD" and the Contest Winner
for that word has been announced, the "SECRET WORD"
will no longer be valid and only the remaining "SECRET
WORDS" will be eligible.
Posts edited to contain the "SECRET WORD(s) after they
are announced or discussing the "SECRET WORD(s)"
will not be eligible for entry.
In the event the winner has not been chosen, hints or clues
to the "SECRET WORD(s)" may be posted on the site
and/or Message Boards during the contest period. Check back
frequently for updates.
Tickets Prizes will be for one winner on their choice of the
December 11th or 12th Event. The second winner will receive
tickets for the event night that was not chosen. In the event
that one of the winners is unable to attend on a specific
night, North Georgia 9-12 administration will determine if
it will be possible for both winners to be present during
the same night or if the winners may switch event dates.
If
the contest winner has already purchased tickets for the event
they will be given the choice of a refund of their purchase
or if they wish, they can delegate the winning tickets to
two guests.
The
alcoholic beverages portion of the prize package* will only
be presented to participants 21 years of age or older. Proof
of age will be required. In the event the contest winner or
guest is below the legal drinking age or a non-drinker a non-alcoholic
beverage may be substituted.
The
content of the T-Shirt prize will be determined by the administration
of North Georgia 9-12 depending on if "Event" shirts
are available at the time of the event. A different prize
may be substituted if necessary.
Prize
packages or individual prizes are not redeemable for currency.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the judges of North
Georgia 9-12 or their designates is final. Administration
of North Georgia 9-12 are not eligible for entry in this contest.
